Clipp Hero is an AI-powered haircut planning and barber-discovery platform designed to help users create style briefs, upload reference media, generate shareable plans, and connect with barbers.

The platform may include:

• AI-generated style briefs and recommendations
• Private media uploads and workspace storage
• Shareable QR / opaque token barber cards
• Barber discovery, messaging, and appointment features as they become available
• Third-party API integrations

Clipp Hero is provided as a software service and may evolve over time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Clipp Hero.

By using the platform, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Any information you provide is accurate and current

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or authenticate through providers such as Clerk.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Protecting your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

Clipp Hero may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, and cloud services. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or functionality of third-party services.

Clipp Hero uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate style briefs, recommendations, and related outputs.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors
• Outputs are provided for informational and planning purposes only
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before relying on it
• Clipp Hero does not guarantee a final haircut result and does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice

Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk.

You agree not to:

• Use Clipp Hero for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Reverse engineer or copy proprietary technology
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
• Interfere with platform stability or security
• Abuse API usage or automation systems
• Use the service to violate privacy or intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

Some Clipp Hero features may be labeled as beta, experimental, preview, or early-access functionality. These features:

• May contain bugs or interruptions
• May change without notice
• May be discontinued at any time
• Are provided "as is" without warranties

Certain Clipp Hero features may require paid subscriptions or usage-based billing. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

All platform technology, branding, software, interfaces, workflows, AI orchestration systems, and related materials are owned by Breadcrumbzs Tech Inc. or its licensors. This includes:

• Clipp Hero branding and logos
• UI/UX designs
• Software architecture
• Proprietary workflows and AI orchestration systems
• Documentation and content

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any portion of the platform without written permission.

Your use of Clipp Hero is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• Certain operational data may be processed to provide services
• Cloud providers and subprocessors may be used
• Uploaded media and style plans are stored in your workspace
• We strive to use commercially reasonable security measures

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Clipp Hero. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Restrict access temporarily
• Update systems without notice

We are not liable for downtime, outages, or data interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Breadcrumbzs Tech Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the platform
• AI-generated outputs or haircut outcomes
• Third-party integrations
• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Unauthorized access

Your use of Clipp Hero is at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Breadcrumbzs Tech Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of Clipp Hero
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of uploads, share tokens, or connected services
• Violation of third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Clipp Hero at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Clipp Hero after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
